A real project, in the browser

The public Schependomlaan test project, loaded from IFC. No install and no plugin — the model opens in the browser.

The model exists. The paperwork is still typed by hand.

The project was designed in 3D — yet the site logbook, the quantity takeoff and the monthly payment certificates are retyped into spreadsheets, item by item. The same data is entered twice, errors surface when they are most expensive, and nobody has time to check whether the paperwork and the model even agree.

How it works

    Load the model

    An IFC file from Revit, ArchiCAD or any other authoring tool. It opens in the browser — nothing to install, works on site.

  2. 02

    The software checks the model

    Before anything is billed: do elements carry quantities, do openings have dimensions, do the storeys line up. Every finding comes with the exact authoring-tool setting that fixes it.

  3. 03

    Generate the documentation

    From the verified model: the construction logbook with the calculation visible per item, the bill of quantities, the payment certificate — and an Excel export.

A model can look complete — and still lie about the numbers.

On a public test project (Schependomlaan, 854 elements, openly licensed under CC-BY), the check found that none of its 132 openings carry dimensions. The eye can't see that — the model spins beautifully on screen. Every area calculation would be wrong, and someone would pay for it. That is why every model passes automated checks before a single quantity is billed.

All figures come from publicly available, openly licensed test models.

"Can't my existing software do this?"

Today there are three routes.

    BIM authoring tools produce quantities — but they don't know what a Serbian statutory construction logbook is, so their output gets retyped.

  2. 02

    Local billing programs produce payment certificates — but they can't see the model, so quantities are entered by hand.

  3. 03

    And the third route, where the first two meet: Excel, retyping, and hoping the error isn't somewhere inside.
